I wasn't arguing either lol, just discussing the best options to save money. Either way, back on topic, I just wish aniplex titles would be available in other outlets since even the domestic releases tend to get pricy

After checking with WTK re content I bought the first volume BD box from Amazon.co.jp total cost including shipping via DHL for 29959 Yen. It arrived last week but have yet to watch it since I'm a CR subscriber.
You don't get the wall scroll or translation booklet written in my native language but I do get English sub (OK by me) with less indentation to my poor wallet. PVC collecting takes a big enough toll on poor wallet so anime BD costs are closely watched now.
Have Volume 2 on b/o with Amazon.co.jp and will gleefully await Oct.7 invoicing of 25,773 Yen plus 1100 shipping. $37.00 USD +/- shy of $500.00 USD for both Aniplex sets.
Thank you, WTK, for reply. Thank you internet for cost savings.

Kinda sad that somebody can pay around $500 for a single title and still thank the Internet for cost "savings."

The series is listed in the SAG-AFTRA database, so the dub is at least in the early stages of production. Give it a year, it'll be out. It'll be quite a bit cheaper too. Not "cheap," but the series should still cost less than half this much with the domestic sets.
This being an import set, it's expected that it won't be cheap. Also, EJ basically said in the ANN Cast that the prices aren't AoA's choosing, but mandated by Aniplex of Japan to combat reverse importation. He even said they would like to do normal US prices, but are at risk of being shut down if they don't do as AoJ says. So I guess... complaining is pretty much moot. They obviously know about the complaints, but they can't really do anything about the situation.
