HxH seems to be known for having a largely male cast even by shonen standards, but its female characters tend to be very memorable and well-written. Glad to see Melody, Alluka, and Biscuit on here, they're fantastic. Surprised Cheadle got snubbed, though.

...You know, honestly, I'm surprised Kurapika didn't make the list, just because of some of the ambiguity of his character.
Anyways, glad Biscuit made first place. She's a really awesome character and love the development she had with Gon and Killua, as well as her relationship with them. She's also an awesome fighter. The other choices are... Interesting to say the least.

There's no argument with the trans community to be had, KX3's just wrong...it isn't unheard of for people who desperately wanted their female child to be a boy to raise the kid as one, even though that's mostly a thing when the only child is a girl.

I really like Biscuit and I've always found her manly physic to appear when she's in a fight to be rather hilarious.

I could care less, either way.
But being this is anime, I think it is unlikely. The Japanese would have used that by now to some sort of comedic effect.
Despair not though, this sort of thing can be easily written in.
