If that what you think wasn't happening then what well happen in the plot won't matter because you wouldn't able to tell or care enough to do so. Developing mystery doesn't mean dispassionately telling you everything upfront then you being on your way. Nobody is forcing you watch something clearly aimed the fans and people who liked it and aren't disingenuous about the series. There plenty new shows and seasons that were also announced. |

Based on the fact that they don’t out right say the original staff is returning (white fox) and the quality of the announcement poster not looking so hot, I’m afraid it won’t look as pretty as the previous season. I’ll still watch it regardless, I’m just saying.

As a Rem fanboy myself, my reaction to this announcement was a "Yes!!", followed immediately by something of a reverse reaction spoiler[caused by remembering what will happen in the first episode.]
It should have absolutely no gap at all. spoiler[If the scene with Subaru and Emilia continued a bit longer, there would have been a significant reveal, and the first series would have ended on a cliffhanger. In fact, there should be a bit of a rewind to cover something that happened elsewhere prior to or about the time we we watching the last few minutes.] |

oh my god  we've been over this before. His name is "Puck" but it is spelled pack in japanese because that's how you say puck in japanese. Crunchyroll and other translations have it right.

I expect wailing and gnashing of teeth among a certain segment of the viewership (which I am a part of, but I've been prepared since the original series ended and I got curious about certain comments). On the other hand, a certain other segment of the viewership will find this season considerably more to their liking. |
