Cool, can't wait for another season of people proclaiming that is the greatest anime of all time and how I'm an idiot for not understanding the battle system and feeling left out because I'm just not really into this series

Add these to your list too: Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku, Alice and Therese's Illusion Factory, Zombie Land Saga the Movie and Kakegurui Twin.
And there are rumours that they're also doing the second season of Yasuke and Rose of Versailles movie.
Vinsland Saga S2 is an interesting case though, while it's under Mappa it was confirmed by the director that pretty much most of the staff from S1 carried over.

Also Hell's Paradise. Then there is probably outsourcing to other company projects.

Yeah, this news makes me a bit uneasy tbh. At this point, with all the projects they've taken on, it's getting harder to believe that MAPPA is just so much better run that they can handle all the anime they're producing, and conversely, is becoming more likely that the staff are bearing the brunt of all this work.
If we get an article on this site within the next half a year or so about a mass exodus/death by overwork/suicide of a staff member or members, I will be saddened, but not surprised.
Of course, it could be the case that MAPPA are doing good work because it cultivates a good workspace, like KyoAni, but like I said, that's seeming less and less likely by the day, especially considering the difference in the rate of output of those two studios. |
they'll have to outsource some of their other anime to keep which again isn't new for MAPPA.

the real question if MAPPA can keep up with it especially with producing Chainsaw Man and Hell's Paradise at the same time.

Especially when you consider that expectations for each of those are going to be high.
