Having just rewatched Bebop, Spike is kinda deadpan on most occasions so well...
THey'll probably go for someone a little bit younger maybe? It's early days yet.

I sincerely wish a Live-Action Cowboy Bebop movie (or any live action for that matter) as many viewers in the West as the average Japanese live action show has in the West.

I think the real problem with Keanu is he ain't world-weary enough to play Spike. [Plus he doesn't really have that 'fro thing going.] My pick would be Benicio Del Toro.
