Toren Smith was the best man at my wedding. I also worked for him for many years. If you purchased manga from the Studio Proteus booth at FanimeCon, then I was probably the one who sold it to you.

In the interest of accuracy, and to honor his love of niggling details, I wanted to state for the record that he passed away on March the 4th, not March the 5th as has been erroneously reported.

What loss, i owe him my continued love of translated english mangas i own today. I hope he rewarded somewhere else for the good he did for us.
