I told them they should have licensed this yesterday on the recent poll and maybe they did... hmm...

Also - the thinpack releases of 12-24 episodes? Genius. I'm kind of glad that single volume releases are slowly becoming a thing of the past - cost aside, they take up way too much room on the shelf!
I also think Bandai would be smart to pull an ADV and re-release a thinpack / legends version of Eureka SeveN ... especially with the movie release in Japan ... and they should jump on licensing that, for sure!

Now that's make me a happy man indeed.

What do you mean? Something like the Aria boxes from Nozomi? |
From what I have been buying, the best art boxes and packaging these days is from Nozomi. I thought that Aria had really good packaging. If they do use a paper box like on some of the "rescued" titles I wish they would add a plastic sleeve like you see on the Chobits Collection or the Oh My Goddess boxes.

All the VAs that have been mentioned so far would do a good job. I would also suggest Kari Wahlgren.

There are a couple of EU anime online shops that stock US DVDs at reasonable prices for that.

I'd love to get some HD economics, and being a short length, most likely a series that I will want to pick up and own since I enjoyed it quite a bit.

I love it when otaku speak for the entire anime community.

I've sampled 2 out of 3 of those dub tracks, and will say they do the job.
Only difference is that all 3 of those series are released as singles, meaning they have more time to work with the dub, usually resulting in a better overall product.
My point was mainly towards the stuff they're releasing as half season sets.
I think one of the FUNi ADR staff even commented a while back apologizing for the D.Gray-Man dub, saying they're "doing the best they can in the limited time frame available" to them.
Basically the fact they have so many licensed series in the line to be released as speedy half season boxsets means they have less time to work with the dubs, leading to a half-assed end product.

Perhaps you have a point there, but I can't say yet. But FUNi has an excellent track record with me thus far, so I'm certainly willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Once winter/next spring comes around I'll be in more of a position to make a personal judgement, since I'll be buying the Druaga, Soul Eater, and Shikabane Hime season/half-season sets (possibly Kaze no Stigma in the mean time, though I'm iffy on that one).

Well, ignoring a few posters in here, and thanks to reading the summary of the show, this looks pretty interesting. I may look into purchasing this show, although I'd really like it if Funi would put one or two episodes up on their video portal around/after the time of its release as a preview (just so I'm not completely blind-buying it ).

[I know, shoulda been K-on or Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei huh? Gosh darn it poop. Guess you'll be left in despair once again. Poop it all! ]
True. But I've been meaning to watch Spice and Wolf....
We all know they'll get to K-ON and SZS eventually. I was wondering why S&W wasn't licensed sooner.
