Hornet's voice actress is Nico from Love Live! That is a serious case of playing against type. so these rules seem way too flexible. Hornet pulls an illegal move and the ref casually counts down? how is that fair? Her new move will probably be that spin thing she does with Elena so I'm curious as to how she will be able to pull it off alone

I thought the same thing. However nine months off from the day job and I don't think it is your job anymore. I was wondering how long this pro-wrestling gig was going on for and she if it is 65 matches that means she's got her spine crushed once every 3 days on average. But if Sweet Diva is still having problems without her I'd say they have to up their game. True to the pro wrestling schtick one of Sakura's losses was against three opponents and an illegal weapon. It turns out you get to use an illegal weapon for up to a count of four but less than that there's no penalty. Now I remember why I stopped watching it before the age of 12. |

I'm not a prophet but I'm going to pray that Sakura wins the next match to finally break her streak; just a speculation though.

The music at the beginning of Episode 5 sounds like something from Armored Core.
But I checked all the garage themes and none of them fit... maybe I'm thinking of something else. This is really going to bug me for a looong time. |

spoiler[ rematch is on give rio go for clothesline move but sakura counter go german got 2 then try high flying cue rio counter some slam then boston crab give sakura survive it then some slam more half boston crab even trying mix arm hold & blocking sakura still got rope. rio go for combine sleeper hold mix swing move & scissors on mid area for sakura yet two arm drop still going yet sakura got rope then rio go pairs of slam pull up sakura at 2 so that go a swanton bomb but sakura dodge it. then sakura give rio a taste of her own medicine of boston crab & sleeper scissors hold yet rio going i'm not let 4yrs go to waster yet got rope even a full nelson slam & suplex on rio not enough. give sakura charge in til rio punch blast sakura that both go down with 10 count going on yet elena & sweet diva group go ringside to check on sakura yet both got up at 9 count. here we go rio go another ko punch but sakura duck it cue a flipping double kick to the jaw & 1-2-3 she finally did it sakura got her 1st win in just total of 1-65 matches. match over give rio accept the defeat, sakura got win & crowd cheers yet now rio ask sakura what you do now? give sakura see that all happen from trying defend sweet diva name from rio, wrestling life, many losts, hard work, etc so much after all happen give sakura go continue pro wrestling give after hearing that rio give hand shake offer & both take with rio raise sakura's arm for victory. yet in cause sakura's fans crying but have to accept it, her sweet diva group was like what, & for elena she crying outside going why sakura why? ] |

I decided to watch an episode for the first time since the first...
The sixth episode features her first win?! Jesus, what the hell was this show doing for the 4 episodes in between? I mean, other than porn screaming. I sure there was a lot of S&M porn screaming. |

It was all pretty predictable build-up. It is a tough call for a writer/director to decide how long to drag out the low point for. One episode seems too shallow. But how many more makes it good? This did seem to go on for ever but it is nothing that anyone who has finished Bleach hasn't sat through a dozen times. At least they didn't throw in a lot of filler/flashback arcs in the middle of it. It turns out that Kazama is a pretty good sport. Sakura should do both Berserk and Sweet Diva. |

What the.........did Sakura just use FLASH STEP??!!
Gotta admit this lose kind of sucks for Rio considering she's been at it for over 4 years. That's one blemish that will stick for a while. She was a good sport about it though so she gets respect for that. It was quite obvious Sakura was going to keep wrestling but i wouldn't bet against her going back by the time this show has wrapped up (she'll probably beat champion or something if i had to guess). |

heh, this show can be decent when it wants to. nothing spectacular, but those were some pretty sweet movies. hopefully they ease up on the Boston Crabs
|
