Who's Geneon's cast?
That's kind of a broad answer there... are we talkin' Canada or LA?
That said, ADV will probably do an okay job... kinda curious who's up for direction duties on this given that...
...
I can't really think of anyone who might possibly helm this...
Jin Ho Chung? (though, he's more into producing nowadays, it seems).
OKAY, remember... I called Jin Ho Chung... if I'm right, I get to dance around...
If I'm wrong, this conversation never happened.

Geneon is just a company that has never truly disappointed me as much as other companies.
I already know Luci Christian is getting Haruko. Luci is in just about all of their anime titles, and Thinking about it, if anyone gets Haruko, she does.

Oh, so Kyle Jones is doing the dub (I seem to have forgotten that he did that Diamon Daydreams dub)...
Okay, I'm impressed; this'll be awesome.

@Yuuichi Aizawa: You have no right to say the dub will be horrible, as you have not heard it yet. If you really like Air so much, why can't you just be happy with it being liscensed? And anyway, ADV has pulled off some great dubs that put out more emotion than the original Japanese, like Rahxephon and Princess Tutu. I really don't believe Air is that difficult to dub as you say.

I'll drink (Sprite) to Kemono as well (haven't seen Windy Tales, yet...). I think with the right amount of advertising Kemono could be a diamond in the rough in the U.S. market. It's just a matter of who's willing to take the risk and who is actually even clever enough to think they can get it out there. But with all due respect to Yuasa, I'd way rather have Mind Game licensed first, and foremost.
Mind Game >>>>>>>> Air. Air > Gundam SEED Destiny (barely).

Uh.. didn't really mean to mimic him . I just seriously feel Ouran is a heck of a lot better than Air, along with some other titles that most people would probably call "crap."
As "sad" as Air should've been for me to ball up and cry like other people claim to, I didn't see the point in turning myself into a copy of Misuzu; that is, an unbelievabley pathetic and pitiful crybaby with an overexaggerated and superfluous personality of being both afflicted and portraying a shallow gimmick of cuteness supported by two patterns (the "gao" and "~nya" crap) to make us feel even more sorry for her~nya.

Wow. Now I know that anything is possible. I might pick up the Air movie as I've never seen it.

I actually don't mind the noise, but it can't truely be copied over to our dub of it, so I hope they don't try. Just like Kurumi's loud squeel thing in Steel Angel Kurumi, it doesn't really work.

I dunno... I really liked Kino's Journey in English...
And last I recall, Zac was pretty pleased with Diamon Daydreams' dub.
(haven't seen it personally though)
But you know... we'll find out when we get there.

Only anime I was pleased with was FMP!'s Dub by them. I jsut swear Hilary Haag better stay out of this anime. She is an ok actress, but she has no voice meant for anyone at all on it.
The japanese subs, I actually thought had the cutest voices for all the characters, and that I will never feel it in any of ADV's cast. I have TAN on demand, and know them all, so I will not be expecting anything great.

I think ADV will put an effort of making the english dubbed version better cause they're in trouble if they screw this one up...Im looking forward for them of acquiring Kanon 2006 soon...
Geneon?Who cares.....I think they've acquired alot of anime titles these days..
