The Dango Daikazoku song actually got me to try one once. It was scrumptious.

You should watch Azumanga Daioh then, the episode with Osaka and hiccups (ep. 2), and then you have an excuse to try super spicy curry pan, too. Anime smile

Actually it is true that Anime made me try fried tofu. My local takaway does some fried with chilli and salt and it's awesome with noodles! =) Lovely crispy juicy chewy spicy salty tofu bits ...

hmmm ok how long till that damn place opens! Anime hyper

I don't know if this counts as "anime" food but Code Geass really made me want Pizza Hut.
