Ugh, pretty upset Kae Araki's not returning, really hoping she is for Hikari in Digimon, funny that Mimi is now playing Pluto.
If people are gonna claim "We need a younger voice" then GET A REAL KID. Why would you need a younger voice actress when she's playing a kid?! Wouldn't a early 30-something have to do a "character" voice for a little girl just as much as a 40-something would? Being younger doesn't always mean having a higher voice (lots of 20-somethings have low voices). The only real reason Chibi-usa couldn't be played by a kid I'm guessing is spoiler[when she becomes Black Lady, she has the same actress]. That spoiler is one a lot of people know by now though.

Well, it's refreshing to hear that Pluto is back to being a plant again.
But wouldn't this make the studio vulnerable to the repercussions of child labor laws? |

I've heard the new voices, and I know Pluto's original seiyuu has retired. And in my opinion, I don't like them. From what I've glimpsed of Smile Precure, Misato Fukuen has done a great job of Cure Happy, but if she's trying to imitate Kae Araki here, it's off.
