Damn... I visit the site for the little quick fix of anime news of the day and I see this article.

I was thinking not too long ago (about 3-4 months) that it has been a while since Inu x Boku SS has ended, and when a series from the author will be released.

Reminds me when there were some 5 or 6 announcements back in January...

Certainly wasn't expecting this, I really love her art style and I'm slowly working my way through the Inu x Boku manga right now. Definitely will add a tinge of sadness as I read to the end...

What what what what what what? I'm so shocked that the tears won't come out.

No...this....what? Why? This is so devastating. I loved Inu x Boku SS. It was one of the first anime I had watched in years. And her new manga just got a drama CD....I was looking forward to it's anime. I was looking forward to more chapters. This is just horrible.

I seriously hope it wasn't suicide.

May she rest in peace.

What is it about Japanese creative types and early deaths? It seems like we hear stories like this two or three times every year, where an author or manga artist dies in their thirties.

This makes me very sad...

I am a big fan of her works, and to think she is only two years older than I am now, it breaks my heart.

My condolences to the family.

May she rest in peace and have her legacy live on forever in our hearts. We appreciate all the work that she's given her fans and to the manga and anime community.

God help her family in this time of great sorrow and I'll be personally praying for their trials.

I find the anime adaptation of Inu X Boku decent but I really like her artwork. Rest in peace, Cocoa Fujiwara, you will be missed Sad.

I must admit that I'm shocked at this news. I loved her work. She somehow managed to get across different demographics with her manga. Her manga 'dear' is probably my favorite.

Very sad news.

This was such a huge shock for me. I feel if the floor collapsed. wow.
She was so young, and so active. Just a few days ago she was on twitter.

Man I'm really sad now, like I'll be sad all week. Her new manga was amazing.
