DMCA's are weird things. A little too much freedom with who can send them.

Hey, this is pretty cool. They acknowledge Pokémon up to the present (as far as they can develop, considering one of the screenshots here is of Mega Blaziken). Too often, there's a nostalgia filter over Pokémon fan-projects, where they focus only on Generation I and maybe a bit of Generation II. (Not counting the ones where they make up a new generation of Pokémon, like with Pokémon Blackwood.)

This is really cool. The competing mod maker should be ashamed. What is wrong with people? It also highlights how completely ridiculous the DMCA system is.

Too bad Nintendo are intellectual nazis. Now that this is out there and being acknowledged in news outlets, I'm sure it won't be long before it catches their all-seeing eyes. Fans have been begging for an open world sim like this for years but they don't want to do it. Instead they go after these little fan projects which will never measure up to a real game to begin with. Well, I hope they can stay up for a while as it's very pretty and fun to see Pokemon in the world of Ark.

Many false DMCA notices are filed each week and yet you will scarcely see a story how the false sender is fined/jailed. That's how messed up it is.
