Really bothers me that CR just labels The Ancient Magus Bride OVA as just "The Ancient Magus Bride". Should have it's proper title.

Probably makes it easier to add the TV series on to the page when it comes out next month.

The subsection of the show page with the OVA has the full name as well.

Yeah, this. Makes sense, considering the OVAs are prequels to just start adding the episodes after them under the same category.

Funimation's deal with CR seems to be a "CR gets the Japanese audio, Funi gets the English audio" arrangement. Those other two titles were through Discotek, not Funimation.

I'm confused, Vandread was Geneon and Pumpkin Scissors was ADV. I wouldn't think Funiamtion has any say on whether or not CR can use the dub.

they were, right up until Geneon closed down, and ADV restructured and Funi rescued those two titles and have kept them ever since

But I thought the dubs are then owned by the JP licenser, so couldn't CR license it from them?
