No, not yet. It hasn't been announced yet when it will start. There's a special that's airing on New Year's Eve, which may preview the first episode. The series will most likely start airing in spring.

the sirt episode airs in winter, in the case fo amcross frontier the first episode also aired months before the actual series started; several anime sites messed up and assumed delta is gonig to start in winter, tho.

ah that explains it then because i seen on many sites that it will air at winter so was surprised when i saw this news was like wtf wut happen

Frontier's pre-broadcast episode (a.k.a. Deculture edition) also aired on December the previous year before its actual broadcast. A lot of fans outside Japan thought it would broadcast in winter because of lack of information and it was the first time they pulled it off. It also had some differences in scenes with the actual first episode on the TV broadcast despite both portrayed the same introduction story. Only in the BD release did they combine the scenes from both versions of the first episode.
