November 11 is the birthday of K-ON! character Azusa Nakano, nicknamed "Azu-nyan." To celebrate the Ho-kago Tea Time guitarist's big day, the TBS and MBS channels' official anime online store Animaru revealed that Azu-nyan is getting her own life-size figure.

The figure will come with an "Azu-nyan play button," which will let fans hear recordings of voice actress Ayana Taketatsu as Azusa. The figure will also come with a deluxe paper board hand-signed by Taketatsu.

The figure will cost 2.2 million yen (about US$19,000), and a lottery to choose people who will be able to purchase the figure will begin accepting entries on November 17. Animaru also unveiled a variety of other K-ON! goods for Azusa's birthday including a car seat cover, scarves, mugs, name seal sets, and reproduced key frames.

Amusement park Universal Studios Japan previously held a K-ON! event in 2011 that featured life-size statues of all the Ho-kago Tea Time band members.

Past celebrations of Azusa's birthday have included thousands of cards, a variety of merchandise, and special art for Pocky Day, which is also November 11.
