Her anime roles including Death Note's Misa Amane, Fairy Tail's Lucy Heartfilia, Gintama's Nobume Imai, Dragon Ball Super's Dende, Jewelpet's Garnet, NANA's Reirei, One Piece's Lilith and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya's Haruhi. Her other roles include Lumière in Kiddy Grade, Migi in Parasyte -the maxim-, Okachimachi in Akiba Maid War, Popuko in Pop Team Epic and Paiman in Gatchaman Crowds and Marie Antoinette in the 2025 film version of The Rose of Versailles.

Hirano has also performed theme songs for anime such as The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Fairy Tail, and Lucky Star (in which she voiced Konata).

Miyuna will appear on Saturday November 15 and Sunday November 16. At 16 years old, Miyuna (pictured left) performed Black Clover's opening theme song "Gamushara" (Reckless) and ending theme song "Tenjō Tenge" (Heaven and Earth). Her later song, “Boku to Kimi no Lullaby”, was an ending theme for the anime Fairy Tail. She also sang "Prism," the title song for the second season of the 2019 version of Fruits Basket.
