It'll never happen, and at this point I no longer care.

Agree. The game has been out for quite some time already. Obviously Sega doesn't care about its international fanbase.

This news just ticks me off. Why won't Sega localize this game?
They can let it get an anime and a freaking stage play... but not a localization?

Well Sega hates it's NA/EU player base look how PSU was ran into the ground. At this point PSO has become like MonsterHunter

Guess SEGA was just blowing smoke when they said
Quote: | "Seeing our fans across the world respond to our recent interview with Famitsu, lets us know we've made the right first step in acknowledging who we are and where we want to be. Sega is dedicated to bringing you quality gaming experiences and becoming a brand you love and trust again." |
Well, who knows, maybe we'll get it on PS4, seems more likely, I guess. I dunno. Screw em.

Umm...http://pso2.playpark.com/en/
It has had a "global" release for a few months now. Shame that its kinda p2w with mags (have to buy any past the first) characters (if you want more than 2 chars you have to purchase it, and if you delete it you have to re-purchase it) and other silly stuff. They also changed "Braver" to "Samurai" and "Force" to "Wizard," and changed the names of a lot of the items.

They've gone more local, back in the days of the SMS and before the Saturn, they were more successful in EU than JP, but then they started to fall in that territory as well as NA, while becoming more popular in JP.
