Is there a separate setting for showing that one is on daylight savings time, as the current timezone setting options don't include UTC+10:30 for the current South Australian daylight savings time.

Well, that's a no to a separate "daylight savings is active" setting and a no to "there is a UTC+10:30 time zone setting" for the forum.

So Adelaide is +9.5, but during DST it's +10.5, right ?
Well, phpbb2 failed at that. There is no option for +10.5 and no way I can turn one on.

I just added GMT+10.5 in the options. Thankfully that was pretty easy. Unfortunately you still need to change your timezone manually when DST changes
