You could always buy the Japanese special edition if you really have to have the extras. Unless that mini-artbook has some amazing artwork that is a must own I don't think I would go through the trouble of ordering it even though their is a Japanese book store around the corner from where I live.

Simultaneously in 18 territories... except maybe large swaths of the US, because this is a Viz release, and they are feuding with Amazon. I guess that gives them about 5-months before the end of the tunnel is revealed to be a wall.

Isn't the Viz/Amazon problem more for their anime, and not the manga? Well, maybe it is, and maybe it isn't; I'll be buying it through my local comic shop or via TRSI...
