I didn't mean to imply that Micah Solusod and JYB are the same person. It's just their voice sound really damn similar which is one heck of a coincidence.

The Japanese voice of Maka was an acquired taste for me. Having not seen a lot of Laura Bailey roles but greatly respecting her work (and she is hot!), I like hearing this clip. As it has been several times, Soul does indeed sound like Johnny. Calling Shinigami "Lord Death" was a lot cooler than calling the Bleach Shinigami "Soul Reaper". I do like Shinigami better but the Japanese creators and Funimation decided to go with "Lord Death", so what harm can it do?

I couldn't agree more, I very much liked all that Ctimene's Lover had to say. I love the voice actors chosen to play Maka and Soul, now I have seen the sub version of Soul Eater and I believe that they're doing a great job with the dub so far.
