So I found a spare copy of Flower of Life 4 at Otakon, but I can't for the life of me remember if it was someone on here who needed it, is it?

It appears that Chichirinoda has claimed the book first, guys (not just on here, but back in like 2010, looking at MAL conversations), but I'll keep an eye out for you guys now too!

The next best thing I can do though is tell you what booth I got it at. Anime Pavillion. They do have a physical store (in Virginia), and a website, so maybe try shooting them an email or something.

Comicasa.nl also has a copy of Flower of Life 4. It's €12,95 and you'd have to ask about shipping, but it can't be worse than Amazon.

Thanks for the link - you should go for it (if you can afford to) as I can't bid as they appear to only ship to the US.

Was anyone here looking for Town of Evening Calm, Country of Cherry Blossoms? Five listings for New copies of the paperback suddenly popped up on Amazon for less than $20. Each listing has only 1 or 2 copies left. (I feel honor-bound to confess I snagged The Book Depository's copy from their main site, and I don't know how long it'll be before it's delisted from Amazon. So if you try to order that one, know that you might not get it.)

@Tamaria - Can you snag me that copy of Flower of Life please? Smile

I might have just acquired a cheap copy of Town of Evening Calm, Country of Cherry Blossoms. (I already have one) I'm sure some people on here were interested. Let me know if you wish to claim it!

Hmm finding an English copy of Vagabond 11 is become more difficult than I expected. I have found a copy on B&N website but I try not to purchase anything that isn't marked as excellent, like new or new. Looks to be my only option.

I don't know where to get Black Jack vol. 15 either.
It seems that an epic like Black Jack is also very hard to get. By the way, does know anywhere where I can get Black Jack 9? I really would like to try reading Black Jack in episodic order (if I can find the volumes Anime dazed)

Just in general...
Hmm... may be manga market/sales in US is not doing great?
To keep the manga from being OOP, the manga industry should be successful in selling/republishing to cope with the increase in demand. However, US comics (superheroes) far outweigh the sales of manga in US TAnime cryT
On one hand, I notice that US manga publishing companies are very selective of their manga licenses (they select the best/classic manga out of Japan), but seeing that english manga get OOP too quickly before we can grab any of them... so it seems there's no high demand here.

And most of the time... I find myself hunting down OOP manga.
Can anybody can recommend me any good current in-print manga? I like comedy and usually exclude the horror/tragedy genre, it's not my type. I want to buy them before they get OOP Anime hyper Thanks
