Well I'm happy for this. When was the last time the U.S. got anything related to Cyborg 009 again?

Over a decade ago for an official release. I wish that they could have kept more of the Toonami cast because I felt that Joshua Seth really gave 009 justice.
At least we have Michael Sorich of the Toonami cast to listen to.
By the time it's released, more than 2 years will have passed since they licensed it at AX '13.

Bug Anno/Khara, they're the ones holding it up.

I was thinking Erin Fitzgerald might have been doing a few extra things on the side when she came down (Or up, I'm not good with American geography) to do Hyperdimension Neptunia. But as it turms out this is NYAV Post. Not that I'm complaining. Patema Inverted's dub was great.

Sheesh, feels like forever go, yet I can still vividly remember the whole fight with the pantheon of gods thing and also that episode where Joe got his time power stuck and him slowly going insane from it.

009 is the former Sonic, and 003 is Chie from Persona 4

I can deal with the cast change more than having to wait over 3 months more. Honestly, this is the dubbed title I was looking forward to the most last year. I think that Funi might be licensing too many titles because it can maybe account for why some titles are well overdue for a release: 3.3, this movie, etc.

009-1 is the only one I know of (I was given a copy but have never watched more than an episode). The license to that seems to have expired around a year ago.

i as well as those that saw the 009 anime series back when it showed on toonami knew it was gonna be outsourced. though what surprised me was that they didn't used the same cast from that series. though getting Joshua Seth (aka tai from 1995 digimon series) to reprise his role as joe/001 would have been tricky since he haven't been heard from for quite a while now let alone in any anime roles.
