So people just right up blame Higurashi series because it's written Higurashi and similar incident happened in the series?
I mean, Higurashi ended like 10 years ago even. |

I don't think age has anything to do with anything though the last anime OVA for it was only 4 years ago. But they also have live action episodes that was only last year. There was also the game on PS3 and Vita that was pretty recent too. |

Despite vandalism being an issue, better for vandalism than someone to get hurt/killed by a "Higurashi"-influenced attack.
