Great news and considering how they ended the first season it will be interesting to see where things go in the sequel.

I almost feel like this announcement was a forgone conclusion and that it was just a matter of when, not if, this would happen, but it’s still good news to see.

Also, I would like to see Yugiri get some spotlight somewhere in this sequel since she never got any in the first season and I hope I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Jeez, for how popular this was with very great sales this took forever to be announced.

Did it, though? Some titles take YEARS to get sequels. I'd say this was a decent wait time.
This is certainly good news I needed to hear amidst other ongoing events.

I would not be surprised if Yuugiri get her fleshed out arc as well in S2 along with how and why Kotaro did all this zombie stuff in the first place. Plus there's that reporter that seemingly figured out who they really are. It's going to be a balancing act of these girls furthering their idol careers (hopefully with added hilarity), all those plot threads, and expanding the lore.

Zombie Land Saga was one of my favorite shows of 2018 and you can count me in as someone who's also ready for more of the legendary Tae Yamada.

It aired after Yuri on Ice and they decided to give this show a sequel over that, so it is a bit interesting.

Yes! We need:

The Legendary Yamada Tae! (I have a feeling she'll never wake up)
The story of Yugiri and the bartender
The magazine editor that has dug a little too deep...

I like the theory that Tae is already woke. That's just the way she is and everyone still loves and accepts her.
