Has it been confirmed that Madhouse will be working on the new series? If any other studio gets it, we're probably not going to get the same quality as the first two sets of episodes.

Heard the rumors but it's nice to get confirmation. Now we just need to get Madhouse to make more Claymore when they're done with it.
...and that's just the F-Bomb just think what the count would be if they included all the other obscenities spouted off in Black Lagoon.

Hello!
I am so happy that there will be more Black Lagoon. I am currently waiting to get the DVDs of the Second Barrage and I am hoping that this season will get the DVD treatment when the time comes. Now I must say that the Black Lagoon F Word video is very funny. |

Don't think so. Madhouse and IG both have pretty distinctive styles. I'd much rather Madhouse keep working on the series. Of course, in the unlikely event that Production IG did animate the third season of Black Lagoon, I certainly wouldn't not watch it. |

im glade to hear that their a third season coming. but didn't the first two season of the anime cover like 7 volume of the manga. so what what the anime going to based? on since it follow the manga almost word for word.

that's why it took so long to make a third season, there wasn't enough manga material after Second Barrage. |

This is good news, if for no other reason than that it might stem the tide of "is their gonna b another Black Lagoon anime?" threads in the Anime section.

i don't think they will make another Claymore. they pretty much put themselves in a Berserk situation with that show. were it to happen, they would have to make an entirely new storyline. |
