So now they are attempting to attract more female applicants? I am not sure those promotional materials would work as well as the male counterparts did though.

Is this hentai artist Norinko? It looks a lot like his art, and the names are pretty similar, but I can't see any reference to either of their respective twitter/pixiv accounts.
