Something tells me the upcoming episode on May 7th is going to have one hell of a cliffhanger.

I think that's only when they happen unnannounced like in the case of Gundam SEED Destiny.

I think that's only when they happen unnannounced like in the case of Gundam SEED Destiny. |
Not really. It's been kind of a know thing that WFM has been having production issues, specially since Bandai Namco Pictures doesn't exactly havw the best resources management. A recap like this means they don't want to waste money with the timeslot that was already bought, so they just air this instead.
