^what do you mean? This has never been done before (a free app exclusively for anime shorts, that is) and there are plenty of good shorts. It'd be great if shows like Insufficient Direction and Pupipo! got legal streaming. Even new shows or shows already available (Anime Bancho stuff, for instance) would benefit from free app exposure. Definitely an everybody wins scenario.
