Viz Media began publishing Naohito Miyoshi's Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V manga series in August 2015 in its digital English edition of Shonen Jump. The manga debuted in Japan in August 2015 in Shueisha's V Jump magazine.

The story is set in Maiami City on the coast of Japan. Yūya is a second-year middle school student who loves to entertain people. One day, Yūya ends up fighting an exhibition match with the current champion of the Pro Duel world.
