Anime Limited Releases New Blu-rays of Fullmetal Alchemist

Anime Limited has announced that it will release a new two-part Blu-ray edition of the original Fullmetal Alchemist anime (2003-4), produced by Studio Bones. This series was the first television adaptation of Hiromu Arakawa's fantasy manga.
Part 1 of the series (pictured left) will be released on June 15. It will carry episodes 1 to 27, including commentaries for episodes 19 and 25.
Part 2 of the series will be released on July 20; it will carry episodes 28 to 51. Extras will include a 32-page booklet, containing promotional images created for the series; a 31-minute featurette, "The Transmutation of a Phenomenon: An Inside Look"; commentary on episode 51; and the L'Arc~en-~Ciel “Ready Steady Go” video.
