Macross Zero Second Chapter - Chijo no Hoshi (OAV) (anime#2531) is already part of the Macross Zero listing and shouldn't be listed as a stand-alone title.

My fault when adding info on KO Century Beast. I went ahead and deleted it and then added the two companies as separate recently. I guess I wasn't paying attention when looking at the starting screen to KO Beast. Anyways, it's now corrected. This is the only mistake I've made so far; I try to be as actuate as I can.

Edit: Well, you got to admit, so far I'm the only one to say I made a mistake. I'm sure there are plenty of people who submitted to the Encyclopedia who don't want to admit any mistake.

In the manga section, you have two different listings for Gundam: The Origin. There should only be one.

Gundam: The Origin
Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin

Here's a few more names (I'm going to put the number of anime credits next to their name):

Genda Tesshô (56)
Tessho Genda (0?)

Banjo Ginga (2)
Banjou Ginga (41)
Banjoh Ginga (1)

Kenyu Horiuchi (7)
Kenyuu Horiuchi (17)
Ken'yuu Horiuchi (1)

Keiichi Nanba (31)
Nanba Keiichi (0?)

Seizou Kato (20)
Seizo Katou (1)

I'm fairly sure these are all the same people. Why is it some of the names come up with no credits at all?

Emerje

[edit 1]

Yuusaku Yara (19)
Yusaku Yara (6)

Hideyuki Tanaka (37)
Tanaka Hideyuki (0?)

Ryo Horikawa (29)
Horikawa Ryou (0?)

Katsuhisa Hoki (1)
Katsuhisa Houki (7)

(Edit 2)

Yuichi Nagashima (7)
Yuuichi Nagashima (9)

Nobuo Tobita (32)
Tobita Nobuo (0?)

Kouichi Touchika (7)
Kouichi Tochika (2)
Kouichi Toochika (4)
Koichi Toochika (1)

Ryoka Yuzuki (14)
Ryouka Yuzuki (5)

I have left the following companies unmerged:
Quote:

Pioneer Animation
Pioneer Entertainment
Pioneer Entertainment (USA) Inc
Pioneer Entertainment (USA) L.P.
Pioneer Entertainment Inc.

GAINAX
Gainax Network Systems
GAINAX SHOP

Shogakukan Productions Co., Ltd.
Shogakukan, Inc.
Shogakukan Inc.

F A I
F.A.I. International

J Film
Jay Film

Nippon Animation
Nippon Anime Studio

Telecom Animation Film
Telecom Animation Film Company Ltd

Yomiko Advertising Inc
Yomiuri Advertising

Aside from the last one, I "know" the others above are the same companies, but I don't know which is the preferred name for those companies. Pioneer is probably Pioneer Animation, but I DO distinctly recall seeing the other names on recent releases, so...

Additionally, some of the companies (gainax/gainax shop) might be divisions of the same company, and thus may actually be different companies. Again, I'm not entirely sure, so I'm leaving them alone for now.

as for people, i've left the following unmerged:
Quote:

Kenyu Horiuchi (7)
Kenyuu Horiuchi (17)
Ken'yuu Horiuchi (1)

Seizou Kato (20)
Seizo Katou (1)

Yuusaku Yara (19)
Yusaku Yara (6)

Katsuhisa Hoki (1)
Katsuhisa Houki (7)

Yuichi Nagashima (7)
Yuuichi Nagashima (9)

Kouichi Touchika (7)
Kouichi Tochika (2)
Kouichi Toochika (4)
Koichi Toochika (1)

Ryoka Yuzuki (14)
Ryouka Yuzuki (5)

I'm not familiar with these people's names, plus they fall under the "differences in romanization" issues that we had discussed a long time ago.. and since none of them look incorrect, I'm going to leave them as-is for now.

They look split now, so I assume this was taken care of..?
