Like what?
Also, I wouldn't say "many" since I've only watched 80 in total, a lot of which I didn't enjoy, and I've dropped about another 40-50 (because I thought they sucked).
I'm picky.
I'm sorry, I don't like Drag-On Ball Z

How many seasons does DBZ have again? Yes, I consider DBZ to be trash.
Some people just have low standards. |
Ouch!,"Low standards"?Let's leave the bestsellers out of this.

I'm sure someone at FUNimation cries themselves to sleep at night.

Nobody thinks you have to like DBZ. You're entitled to your own opinions just as others are entitled to their opinions. Just because these opinions don't match doesn't mean their standards must be inferior to yours though.

^ Her and Kanu were my favs from season 1.
The 2nd Ikkitousen season outsold the 2nd seasons of ZnT & Higuarshi which are also getting a 3rd season. I'm all for this filler season if it means we get Sekirei from in the fall. (Hopefully a good stopping point is established in the manga by than).

Man, there's a lot of name-calling going on here. Whatever happened to opinions and personal preference? The series has gotten a third season; that in itself says enough about the size of its fan base.
I'm personally looking forward to moar Kan'u.

Ooooh. I need to watch the second season.
I brought the first season and found it to be a pretty fun series. Nothing amazing but I enjoyed it and watched it all in two days.

Somebody contact me when Shuuyu Koukin is a real, equal-powered male lead and not some worthless comic relief.

I'm confused at how this franchise keeps getting sequels when other more deserving series don't, but ah hell it's one of my guilty pleasure series so I'm not complaining.

I never watched the "Ikki tousen" multiseries, but I do download the wallpapers based on the first 2 series. Hopefully, the 3rd series doesn't ignore the hair colors of Hakufu and Kanu from previous series. Otherwise, the continuity will look messed up.
You see, looking at promo images from series 1,
Hakufu was brown haired and Kanu had a blue-violet hair. But in series 2, Hakufu's hair was blonde and Kanu's own was puurple/red-violet with their series 1 hair colors ignored from the continuity by series 2 itself. Strange huh?!

What probably has made it possible is the fanbase. Probably very large and supportive of the series, and I mean on a financial basis. What other way can they get money to make a third season. Secondly they bring in the fanservice that's just out the rooftop, and it certainly hasn't been turned away. So it's probably working in the favor of both the creators and the fanbase.
