I really wish I knew before hand that putting your name in the complete address automatically disqualifies you. I was always confused as to whether or not they wanted me to put my name again in the complete address so I always have just in case and had no idea that doing so would cause me to lose my chance at winning...

Are you able to enter twice or from the same household? I wish these things where a little more clear on the first page and in the fine print section.
