are you sure cause i read both the manga versions and the light novels while it don't have the over the top ecchiness like in demon lord or dxd, it definitely have some ecchi like fanservice. not as frequent but its definitely there.

when it comes to the series ecchi like fanservice for index ,its basically the same as damnachi. doesn't completely overshadow the whole series, but it does show up from time to time! a series doesn't necessarily have to show uncovered boobs for it to be classified as an ecchi series afterall!
