Funnily enough, Carlo Zen pretty much is one. His previous work is distinctly pro-socialism, and he has tweeted along the lines of "Communism and democracy happen naturally" and "Capitalism is poisoning your minds" among other things.

So considering the track record, I'd say you can more than take it at face value when the man says he hates Nazis.
