Hello! How did this show get a season 2? I mean the plots not really all that and it’s not like the art work was out standing. Sales? Really? Did this sell well in blue ray digital? Anyone know the numbers? Did the committee go insane? Just asking this anime was mediocre at best.

^ You made an account and posted this as the first entry. Welcome. I am a little amazed that you are passionate enough about Plunderers when so many were as passionate in "a different way"...I for one really hope this means hope for Interspecies Reviewers getting an S2...

Reviewers was a great series with actually well-though setting. So I'll get S2 over any other ecchi series. Haters gonna hate.

The Devil is a Part-Timer! is getting a second season after eight years off, so it's not out of the question for either. (Of the two you mention, I'd much more welcome more Monster Girls, though I'm not sure what else can be done with the concept.)
And yes, there absolutely needs to be more Interspecies Reviewers and I would once again resort to means of questionable legality to watch it. Got the BR steelbook on pre-order, and I don't normally pre-order things.

The first words out of my mouth after reading the news were "Oh my God", with a half smile on my face. I did not expect this series to receive a season 2.

Whats so bad about liking a story for its story?
Im just wanting to avoid another NGNL fiasco as thats whats happening with Plunderer.

My question as well. Not to mention, if S1 only sold 1,500 copies or something but the committee still decided to go ahead with S2 for other reasons, it would be a good sign the industry is not so chained to disc sales, although it is still a relevant indicator.
