Anime Spotlight Fall 2012 - The List

My fall "definitely watching" list will be:

Zetsuen no Tempest
K
Ixion Saga DT
Psycho-Pass
Robotics;Notes
Litchi DE Hikari Club

Will try an episode or two of the following and see whether they are good:

Magi
Kamisama Hajimemashita
Chūnibyō Demo Koi ga Shitai!
Code:Breaker

I know there are at least 3 shoujo manga anime adaptations this season, but they don't seem to fit my taste. As to Little Busters, I played the game and there's no need to watch an adapation anymore. I don't even like the game that much but Key fans will surely like it. There is probably not an English translation yet?

psycho pass - Gen writing it plus amano doing the character designs is awesome so im really looking forward to this.

Actually, Gen loves happiness. He just sadistically enjoys making his characters work for it.

The sad thing about anything Gen written is that you know exactly what to expect from Mr "I hate happiness" Urobuchi.

Urobuchi Gen wants to write stories that can warm people's hearts.

Those who knew about my creative history would probably furrow their brows and think this is a cold joke. Actually, I couldn't completely believe it, either. Because when I start typing out words on the keyboard, the stories my brain comes up with are always full of madness and despair.

In fact, I wasn't like this before. I've often written pieces that didn't have a perfect ending, but by the last chapter the protagonist would still possess a belief that 'Although there will be many hardships to come, I still have to hold on'.

But from I don't know when, I can no longer write works like this.

I am full of hatred towards men's so-called happiness, and had to push the characters I poured my heart out to create into the abyss of tragedy.

For all things in the world, if we just leave them alone and pay them no attention, they are bound to advance in a negative direction.

Just like no matter what we do we can't stop the universe from getting colder. It is only a world that is created through a compilation of 'progresses of common sense'; it can never escape the bondage of its physical laws.

Anyone else getting this for the Sakurasou preview?

Uhm... the hell you don't. How exactly are you going to criticize it, IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT? What exactly are you criticizing? The premise?

The extent of your exposure to something should limit your ability to criticize it, but I don't think it shuts it completely. I've never seen the live-action Scooby Doo film, but I feel confident in believing that it's really bad.

I would pay good money to watch cute girls argue about cute things in a cute forum. It would be the AOTY, all years.

Go visit an One Direction forum then!

Yeah, I brought up that same issue very soon after the preview on Sakurasou went up (minus the image), though it doesn't look like anyone else but you is addressing it. Surely it's not a browser issue? Because I've been able to play every other ANN Video on Safari a-okay.

What I ended up doing to "remedy" this was to just do a youtube search of さくら荘のペットな彼 and voila, I found the anime trailer that's probably the exact same one that was supposed to be posted.
