Exactly! And I'm only half joking. They invented a new, informal (and unlawful) rating: "beyond 'restricted'," which was basically equal to "forbidden books," a measure KMT took and had been heavily criticized by the current regime when they were not yet in the office.
Mr. Hsu said that while parents can watch anime and other video programs together with their children, it would be "technically impossible" for parents to do the same for manga and other printed materials. Don't ask me why. |
