That's obviously still incorrect. Did that character look like this when she first appeared?
Hint 1: spoiler[She promptly removes that cloak after tripping over it a couple times.] Hint 2: spoiler[This is how she appeared when the protagonist first met her, but normally she looks very different. In her usual appearance, she has horns and green hair.] Hint 3: spoiler[She has the ability to change her shape, but her true form is a magic wand.] |

I was really hoping that third hint would help someone figure out the answer, but I guess one more hint is needed.
Hint 1: spoiler[She promptly removes that cloak after tripping over it a couple times.] Hint 2: spoiler[This is how she appeared when the protagonist first met her, but normally she looks very different. I spent way too much time on AniDB looking for characters with spoiler[green hair/horns] but she wasn't listed so I was so stumped. |

That's correct. AniDB has her hair color listed as cyan, which is why you couldn't find it (I think it is a little more green than that, but it is a light green). |

I literally just watched this episode. I'm not sure what the answer is though. spoiler[Allen Walker from D.Gray-man Hollow?] Alternatively you could say it's the (*warning* spoilers for the show.) spoiler[14th Noah? His name seems to be Nea. The level 4 akuma calls him "Noah" just before Kanda thrusts his sword through the akuma's head.]
