I can see the females from either Fate/Apocrypha or Kakegurui taking the top spots. Though I feel the girls of Princess Principal has gained a lot of steam as of late. It's definitely becoming one of the brightest spots of the summer season who wants well-crafted female characters so far (hopefully the series doesn't trainwreck itself late on).
