They said it was per the contract that it be called that. Not surprising since Gonzo's done that in the past with titles and particular spellings as well (i.e. Hellsing stuff).
Not surprising either. No company comments on rumors until they're ready to do it themselves. FUNi's usually pretty good when they do announce a title at a convention by having things related to it ready to talk about. While I'd love a confirm for it, when they do confirm it they'll be able to talk about their actual plans for it whereas if they confirm it now we wait for that information to come later. |

Considering Shueisha holds the original rights to Bleach, I'd wait for an announcment from Viz rather than Funi. |

I wouldn't count on it. Viz/ShoPro has a tendency to use the Ocean Group or whatever the Canadian studio is.
I sure hope that this and Naruto won't make me learn to hate Richard Cox... |
