I kind of hope someone else other than MB can find a way to license the BD. Maybe Discotek if they gather up enough scratch? Doesn't really seem like something FUNi would dabble with, but maybe Sentai would under their Maiden Japan label like with Patlabor.

Laughing SO much Deedlit bias!

It's cool to see various art styles.

If people want the art book issued with the BD set, that's fine but I'd like a plain-jane version as well. Longtime Lodoss fan but I have no need for this cheesecake obsessed spank-book.

If you aren't favorably impressed by what is essentially a collection of fan-work that looks to be exclusive from Comic Toranoana, you might like the 196-page booklet that comes with the Blu-ray Box from all vendors.
It'll still cost ¥ 29,526 plus shipping from Amazon.co.jp, and lack any subtitles.

Pirotess. Cleavage. That's great and all, but I'm pretty sure the soul of the show lay elsewhere.

I liked the artistic shots of Deedlit in nature the best (and the one with the dragon in the backdrop).
