No. Phren is talking about the Negima manga and it is different. The Negima manga is not edited, but Akamatsu always has something conveniently placed to block the nipples. In the edited FoR, the nipples simply aren't there. There is nothing covering them or blocking them. You get a full view of nipple-less breasts.
