Apologies to the mods in advance, as this post is rather off-topic. spoiler[ The reason I say Griffith isn't evil...well, for starters, everything after the Eclipse doesn't count. That's Femto, a demon, not Griffith. Griffith as a man was an extremely ambitious person who was concerned both with advancing himself in life and protecting his soldiers, as evidenced by his interactions with that pedophilic lord. When Guts left him, Griffith lost it, and brought his dream down within hours. He was imprisoned and tortured for ay year. Griffith, up until that point, was not evil. Then came his rescue, and the Eclipse. Even when the Eclipse began, Griffith tried to save the Hawks, Guts in particular, but he couldn't yell out to them. Once the Eclipse was under way, it was too late. Conrad (I believe, though it may have been Ubrik) tricked Griffith. The illusions he showed him bent Griffith's will. They used the dead boy to convince Griffith that if he doesn't accept the God Hand's offer and fulfill his dream, he's making the sacrificies of the thousands who have died for him all for nothing. They told him that it was a choice between sacrificing a small group of men willing to die for him, or rendering the sacrifices of thousands worthless. Considering his mental state at the time, it's unsurprising that they were able to get him to agree.] So that is why I say he isn't evil. He was a victim of the Eclipse just as much as the Hawks were. On the topic of evil characters...Legato from Trigun was pretty bad. |

I saw my "My Anime" list and saw Tsukihime on there and was like, "O yeah." I can't remember the name of the twin that Shiki fought in the show. Could anyone help me by telling me the name of that character? I would also like to nominate him for the tournament.

She probably doesn't want you to explain why the character is evil yet. You will get your chance once the tourney gets under way...if someone says they don't know why you thought he was evil or if they disagree with you just ignore them. 
Edit: whoops sorry about that I just assumed and shouldn't have.

I'll definitely be lurking around this thread for a while. I love what most would consider 'evil' characters.
Why don't I nominate my favourite character (aside from Akito Sohma, Fruits Basket) of all time? Hajime Muroto of Gantz. Somehow, though, I don't think of a lot of these characters as 'evil', especially the ones I tend to favor (with a vulnerability). I'd still end up voting properly, though. Put one in for Chiyo of Azumanga Daioh.
