No, I haven't watched Majin Bone and the CG is ok at best from what I'm seeing now but I still much prefer that there isn't full CG in anime, it doesn't feel quite right to me (on anything short of mecha and structures) coupled with seeing a lot of bad CG even recently which has put a bad taste in my mouth and makes me leery.

I think that since Smile!, Precure endings have been looking fantastic. I mean, look at the girl's facial expressions and the little scenes playing in the backscene in Smile! ED1. It's so lively and detailed. Look at the gorgeous light effects at the end of the ED.
Since then I've been dreaming of them doing a full-3D movie. Glad my dream came true ! Certainly I will miss action sakuga but the average random scene will probably look better than in 2D. Until they don't plan to make the whole franchise full-3D it's okay for me. |
