I hate BS corporate non-answer answers. These kinds of answers will not stop people from barging in and asking about where the game is.


If it's legal issues, it is possible they're not even allowed to say it until the matter is resolved (or the game gets released, or it's so many years later there's no chance of it getting released). It may also be disputes between Capcom in Japan and Capcom in America, where the Capcom USA people are not allowed to say anything in the matter until the people in Japan give permission.

NDA breaches can be pretty scary.
