They need more exclusives. If they spent some of that $20 million on something like the streaming rights to Evangelion or Kaiba, they'd immediately catch the attention of a wider range of anime fans.

Maybe fix your apps and servers, so I can make it the whole way through a movie without it freezing and requiring me to restart??
