Couldn't be more excited for this. Took way too long, but I really hope they go all the way and finish the story from the light novels now.

I would imagine they'll have Minori Chihara do the OP/ED for Invisible Victory. She did it for the DVMC drama CD. I thought it was pretty good there, and I liked her OPs and EDs for Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere.
Edit: Interestingly, Yamada Tamaru did the ED for the 1st Director's Cut Movie, so I suppose we'll probably have multiple singers for the OPs and EDs.
