Will this Gundam Manga be turned into a anime?

So I know that certain gundam manga become anime.

However,

1) how do we know which ones are? Is there a site or somewhere we can check for news?

2) I'm in particular wondering about Hunter of Black Clothes: Gundam
How would I ever know if my dream will be realized and this manga become a anime?

3) is there a way to know? What about gunpla from series? Is is it likely certain mangas do not become anime's or get gunpla?

Strange questions but I am a noon to all manga/anime so please entertain a learning fan! Smile

ANN promptly publishes news about any new Gundam releases. If you haven't read it here then it's only speculation. There's a lot of Gundam material out there. Enjoy!
